New Year, New You, New Skills in 2017

Coralesce and Isle of Wight Ladies Business Network(IOWLBN) are working together to deliver an innovative webinar programme in January 2017 for online delivery for adults. IOWLBN comprises over 100 women who run small businesses or are self-employed on the Isle of Wight. They meet monthly for lunch and a presentation by a local specialist on health, well-being, business skills, law and personal development topics. But getting to a face to face event can be difficult so as part of a ‘tech’ initiative the IOWLBN is piloting delivering their talks online. With support from Isle of Wight Council Adult Learning Programme Coralesce has trained the speakers in online meeting technologies and will be hosting the webinars. Webinars cover topics such as how to Detox, 3D Design, Motivation as well as Business Skills. Enrolment is free for Isle of Wight Adults 19+ (on receipt of an enrolment form) and £5 per webinar for those who are non-residents or who want to pay as they go. The aim will be to try and reach not only island adults but also adults from across the mainland and share best practice.
